Amended claims against Rocky
As promised, here are the full amended statement of claims for Rocky. I will post Jeff’s after his hearing on March 6. I feel I shall reveal only as much as how far the case progresses. That’s just me being responsible :)
I was told that the original 100 paged SOC has jumped to about 400 pages. That is insane. Guess I’ll go through it when I have the time. It’s going to be a hectic weekend.
As for the old claims, I’m removing them soon. I’m already running out of web space!! :(
I’m working on a story about our beloved judges. We’ll see how it goes. Yeay, attending open house tomorrow!

We are going to have a drink with Rocky @ NPC, 10pm onwards. Guess, most of the usual suspects would be there, as well. I am looking for a goldfish bowl. Wanna join us?

Sleeping in your pajamas?
As told by DrM in JB that the first Government business jet was ordered because the late Hussein Onn need his pajamas to sleep (literally taken).
Consider the senario that you make PM 25-30 year from now and the AJC 319 can be considered old (like the excuse they are making of the Fokker and Falcon is).
You will be ordering a new jet. And, there will be a blogger LIttlePuppy

a voice: cost? me? as kiam as i am, i merely had to use charm and a little persuasion to get it. muahaha. nolah, all i did was ask the right persons for it :) hope it proves to be useful!

The judge will have a difficult time determining “which words defamed whom” since all the “defamatory words” are lumped together in one statement of claim.
Surely, every paragraph could not be said to be defaming all the plaintiffs.
Each Plaintiff should have itemised the exact words that had defamed him and specify how he had been defamed by those words.
Only then would the defendant be able to answer each plaintiff individually against the stated charges.

We had a splendid time, last night, eating and chin-wagging. Almost four hours (till almost two) and the chit-chats were interesting. Pity Nuraina, I think she’s the type who cannot tahan very late night outs!
You shouldn’t unwind, so soon. Well, I was out in my sleepware atire (the last time I was in jim-jam was in the 70s) also but I got dressed a quarter to ten (After re-confirmation with Rocky & A Voice) and off to the NPC. The smoke-gets-your-eyes thingy (both karaokeing and environ thingy) was tolerable, so no goldfish bowl was needed!
I tell you what, next time we do this, I get that old hippie wannabe bugger sms you……
