Glorious food.
Detour first! :)

Look at all these morons jamming the emergency lane at the Jalan Gasing turn off.
Here’s what I actually wanna blog about. I’ve been working on my laptop quite a bit for the trial and for the website so I get to download my pictures from my mobile ever so often. lol. Anyway, I hope you guys are hungry! :)
Nat and I went to Bakerzin in 1 Utama the other day. Apparently Nat has been anti-Bakerzin for a while now but I guess not anymore! lol. He was having a lousy day so it was a treat for him!

Nat’s yummylicious Iced Lychee Mint. It’s really good after meal as it cleanses the palate perfectly.

My Iced Chocolate Mint which was really heaty and really rich. lol.

Vegetable sticks and sour cream for starters. I intend to learn how to cook this :)

My Veal Pesto Pasta. It was delish!

My meal.

Nat’s turkey ham, chicken, cheese and fungi flaky pizza. It was really good!
We were so stuffed we had trouble moving. So yeah, it came up to about RM40 per pax and it’s worth the occasional visit. Portions are pretty big and you can so totally steal the recipe learn how to emulate those dishes. lol.
Over the weekend, Nat took me to Marmalade in Mont Kiara. It’s a cute little thing - obscure from outside and really cozy inside. I could see why Nat likes the place.

Nat’s spaghetti funghi with alfalfa. How pretty.

My super yummy beef lasagna. It was awesome. Nak lagi!

Nat dipping his pita bread into my lasagna’s cheesy sauce.

My usual shot of my meal. lol. You can see my peach and orange smoothie in the background.
It was funny how Nat and I were talking about having a favourite restaurant which we can go to when we can’t think of anywhere else to go. lol. To think we hardly eat out, I reckon we might have our winners here :)

c) las carretas (mexican, usj taipan/ampang/jln semantan) - the fajitas is to die for..
