This is already too late for some but the vigil is off. The cops have told the parents that they don’t want another vigil. Parents hope to comply. I’m a bit lawan tetap lawan sorta person so to compromise, the vigil is off but I will be at IPD Dang Wangi personally to meet people those who show up and thank them. Wish I could tell you guys sooner but this was decided pretty late and my phone’s been ringing non-stop. I’m grateful for all the messages and calls! :)
As for what happen when we met him at the Commercial Crime Division office in Bukit Perdana err, later. Wanna quickly snack on something and make my way to Jalan Stadium. After that I’m going home, pack some stuff, go to TTDI and give my 112 before I sleep in Nat’s room (yes, I miss him THAT much). MaybeI’ll bring the whole crew and surprise him with something for Tuesday? :)
We anticipate good news tomorrow, insyallah. Cheryl will most probably blog live. lol. Her dad’s gonna be shocked when he sees his 3G bill :P

Hafiz quote me saying that the vigil was hijacked. I don’t mean to sound ungrateful but I really was uncomfortable with the whole PKR gig going on and I wanted to respect the wishes of the parents. It was more protest than anything and I really didn’t want it to affect the very simple thing I needed to do that was very important - giving Nat a bottle of mineral water.
The moment I gave the water to the officer, she asked if I was part of the group outside and fearing she would just drink the water herself or worse, wash her feet with it, I said no and expressed that I just got here and I was going home right after. So you see, some things needs balance. We found out that Nat got only one out of the two bottles we bring to IPD Dang Wangi each night. From what I heard, people were harping about freedom of speech online or whatever …. Nat told us that this is not a case of freedom of speech. This is a case of detention without valid reason under draconian laws.
But who am I to say anything? I know I’m just playing the girlfriend role and I do my best possible to garner more support for him etc. I am sorry if some of you think I don’t know better. I am still very grateful for those who turned up :) Really, I am. I just felt there was something else I needed to do than chant ‘reformasi’ - something as simple as giving Nat water and respecting his parents’ wishes.

huh? you dunwan to sound ungrateful but you are.
you ppl pleaded for help, fight for freedom of expression and etc and now you are more worried over a bottle of water, give me a break! how old is Nat? 27! not a minor, not a baby!
Nat is a PKR member, work for PKR, this is political since the very begining and you ppl knew it. so stop this ungrateful and selfish act…a bottle of water, wtf!

I apologize if I placed you in an uncomfortable situation after quoting you. But yeah, what’s important now is that Nat is free. That, after all, is the point of the vigil, no matter who attended it.

hi, for you infomation i have no idea abt u b4 and i’m college student who are trying to hv a deep look for the issue of ” cyberspace is the last bastion of libery” under act 10 and the issue of “online blogging”. i jz wondering under act 10 freedom of speech and MSC why they can lock you up!!!( no offense). yea tis not the place for sch boy like me but i think u’re the only one can help me atm. pls return to me asap !!
